A very late Xmas present for my dad

Acrylic Paint

Like most of my friends and family and acquaintances and inspirations and etc. I like to put people into my Fantasy World and make them characters, usually historical figures that did something important. So here's my father. He was a sailor in his youth so he's a sailor here; A DAMN IMPORTANT SAILOR WHO HAS THE BEST WATER STEAD AND BUILD BOATS AND SHIPS. (Personal Future Reference: Wies Lie is a Frink but his tail curl has stopped growing because of health issues)

There are a lot of problems with this but I am still fairly happy with it as a whole.
I'm a bad painter when it comes to painting within the lines. I work in layers and do the background, middle ground etc. in order so I usually paint over lines and then subsequently, paint over all the work I do if there needs to be something there. There was much more detail on the lower half of that serpent...and now it is lost. :c I should learn to plan better.
